STAND PIPE REPLACEMENT
Water accumulating and settling in the window wells outside the home, can start to seep in through the window and get into the home, water then trails down the wall and spreads onto the floor. This source of water in the basement is usually the easiest to detect. This usually means the window well stand pipe drain is plugged with debris, such as rocks, leaves, dirt, rodents, etc. We can resolve this problem with minor excavation and replacing the stand pipe drain and reconnect with existing drain system.
